Supporting Entrepreneur & Enterprise, to Engage Planet-Scale Emerging Opportunities Mindfully & Knowledgeably

Our toolkit we use for you draws from studies that range from massage school to deserts and festivals and health clinics. Kiya mindfully employs and shares lenses and frameworks such as memetics, biochemistry & molecular biology to marketing automation to compliance automation expertise to intellectual property and M&A strategy.

Kiya works with visionary, active leaders with exceptional integrity to get things done for people, planet, and prosperity.

Kiya enables identifying and transforming the things that must be changed, building on what’s working — by demonstrating & instilling transformative Tools for awareness, team, and triple bottom line.

Kiya uses a simple approach, inspired by Design Thinking:

Kiya Kersh evolves the big picture by getting into the technical, operational, & financial knitty-gritty

Today, Kiya concentrates on bringing solutions to market to address the planet emergency, building on science and business consulting successes and training. Kiya applies management consulting best practices approaches to life- and world-changing solutions relevant in the market that make use of technical, leading-edge, and derisked biotech and digital innovations.

Masters degree and subsequent industrial work involved synbio engineering for fermentation of isobutanol and butanol from biomass, using low-value products from bioprocesses in ways that are carbon and redox balanced.

Competent, accomplished technology developer and bioengineer — trained at Pomona College in the same department that created QSAR and inspired the discoverer of CRISPR to study RNA, and which inspired Kiya to study applied evolution, leading to being an early employee at Frances Arnold’s biofuels / biochemicals / Sustainable Aviation Fuel startup Gevo. Kiya’s undergraduate work focused on the structure & function of RNA and the ribosome, applied evolution, catalytic nucleic acids, as well as mechanisms of evolution / chemical origins of life.
